Version Upgrade & Maintenance

Information pertaining to upgrades & maintenance of your org.manager for SuccessFactors environment

Navigo perform org.manager version upgrades regularly for all environments ensuring customers have access to all the latest features. Updates are issued bi-monthly.

To assist with your internal change management processes, new features will not automatically be applied to your environment at the conclusion of a version upgrade. The version upgrade performed by Navigo ensures the latest features are available when configuring your environment and will be applied by a Navigo technical consultant as and when approved configuration changes are made to your environment.

Version upgrades include security & performance updates.

In order to avoid disturbing the productive operation during updates, Australian tenants are updated starting at 6pm CET/CEST.

The downtime for the application update is up to 60 minutes.
