Version Upgrade & Maintenance

Navigo perform org.manager version upgrades regularly for all environments ensuring customers have access to all the latest features. Windows patches are applied once a month after 9pm AEST and org.manager version updates are issued every 4 months, giving three releases per year. See the release calendar below for the current schedule.

To assist with your internal change management processes, new features will not automatically be applied to your environment at the conclusion of a version upgrade. The version upgrade performed by Navigo ensures the latest features are available when configuring your environment and will be applied by a Navigo Solutions Architect as and when approved configuration changes are made to your environment.

Version upgrades include security & performance updates.

In order to avoid disturbing the productive operation during updates, Australian tenants are updated starting at 6pm AEST.
