View Selection

Select which view/structure you wish to display.

Go to the original Chart View

Use this to return back to the default Chart View.

Open the Sunburst

Use this to switch to the Sunburst Chart. This can also be done from the chart tab.

Open the Visualisation Rules

Use this to expand the Visualisation Rules panel. This can also be done via the tabs on the left of the chart view.

Change Chart Layout

Use this to change the layout of the chart. You can use any pre-set layout or select from a previously saved one.

Change Levels

Change the number of levels displayed in the Chart View.

Export Image of Chart View

Downloads a PNG image of the current displayed view.

Open the Data Export dialog

This opens the data export menu. Select the profile, scope & format.

Open the Print Menu

This opens the Print Menu. Select the view and output format. You can also configure Batch Prints in this menu.

Open the Overview Window

Opens the Overview Window, the central hub for managing existing & new Models.

Create a new Model

Opens the Model creation menu from the Chart View screen.

Enable/Disable the Model

This enables/disables editing on the model. The model is in read-only mode if disabled.

Execute Simulation Rules

This executes the simulation rules that have been configured for you environment (e.g. Positions inherit Cost Centres from their Department).

Refresh Calculations

This refreshes all specified calculations within your environment. This updates information in the Impact Metrics panel.

Refresh Simulation

This allows you to apply your Model to an updated data set. This can either be a previous, future or current dataset.

Resolve Conflicts

When updating your Model data, it may produce conflicts. This panel displays them so resolution steps can be taken (if necessary).

Mass Import

This is used for bringing additional data or changed data into your Model. For example, a CSV file of updated position reporting lines or new employees.

Select Data Snapshot

Use this drop down list to select which dataset you wish the live Chart View to display.

Opens the Self Service Window

The Self Service Window allows you to refresh you live Chart View & manage loaded datasets.

Search Field

Search for your objects using key identified (ID/Name/Title).

Advanced Search

Selecting this presents a window which allows you to set refined conditioned based searches.
