Project Kickoff
2 hours - Customer Project Lead, HR SME, IT SME
The org.manager Project Kickoff session gives both Navigo and your organisation the opportunity to discuss and plan the upcoming org.manager implementation in detail. The main outcome is for our customers to gain a good understanding of what to expect during implementation.
Project Kick-off Agenda

Introduce the project teams.

Run through of what to expect during implementation, key roles and accountability matrix.

Documenting your business and HR strategic needs. We will document your pain points and drivers, expected outcomes and opportunities.

Confirm project scope and what will be delivered as Phase 1.

Introduction to Navigo project management principles and our project collaboration platform, Basecamp.

Requests for logo, style guide and initial data extract.

Next steps including scheduling technical scoping requirements, chart requirements workshop and on-going catchup schedule.
org.manager Technical Setup
3 hours - Customer IT Systems Architect
3 hours - Customer IT Identity Provider Administrator

Navigo to install org.manager in either Dev or Test environment.

Navigo to work with IT Systems Architect to configure data feed (approximately three hours)

Navigo to work with Identity Provider Administrator to establish Single Sign On (approximately three hours)
Requirements Workshop
2 hours - Customer Project Lead, HR SME, IT SME
In this session, we take a deeper dive into the agreed scope and start gathering requirements in order for a seamless, first impressions configuration. Our team go through:

Best practice configuration, including look and feel.

Feature adoption such as advanced search criteria and customised exports.

Handling dynamic requirements such as Secondments, Acting Positions, Concurrent Roles etc.

We always look at the platform from the ‘employee experience’, so that you can provide your staff with a system they will love and use with little to no training required.
Showcase
2 hours - Customer Project Lead, HR SME, IT SME
An important milestone during implementation, the Customer is able to view the initial version of the org.manager environment, with their branding and data for the first time. We can manage this in different ways:

Initial showcase to project team only for initial feedback, Navigo to make updates then a further session with wider Stakeholder team

Initial showcase to entire Stakeholder team.
We’re flexible in how you wish to approach these sessions, its important we have the right people attend so we can seamlessly work through feedback and get you into UAT.
User Acceptance Testing
1-2 weeks
With the build now complete, the platform is ready for testing. You will be to able see how your new system and processes work for your staff before it goes live, giving you plenty of opportunity to refine or add anything. We will provide you with a ‘Customer Test Plan’ that you can use while testing org.manager and recommend that UAT be scheduled for a two week period. This phase consists of four stages:

Deployment
The day has arrived! It’s time to go live and get your people using org.manager
By now, with the help of our expert team and the change management champions in your business, the launch will go smoothly. An official business communication or online training is a great way to get the whole business onboard. We can help with generic documentation (even gifs are amazing to use!).
Change Management/Training
Training allows key stakeholders to fully understand the capabilities of the platform and how your HR objectives can be achieved. Training is delivered depending on the phase of the project and customised to suit your requirements. Its an intuitive tool so this is the easy part.
Training is an important part of our service. As your organisation changes and project needs evolve, we offer training at anytime throughout your engagement with us, not just prior to going live.
User Training
2 hours

Generic charts - a simple gif slide can be all that is required when deploying org.manager across your organisation.

Modelling - we deliver training onsite or remote to the teams using the advanced functionality of org.manager such as Modelling and Dashboards. For larger teams, train the trainer is the best approach.
Ongoing Consulting
We work proactively with you to ensure continual improvements and deployment of your org.manager environment. Whether its simply adding in a new chart or beginning a large restructure, we will continue to consult with you to ensure you are using all the latest features and functionality org.manager provides, to support your ongoing business needs and changes.
